February Canterbury often is hot with gusty Nor'Westerlies at this time of year. Trumpet lilies are finishing, and the Orientals are beginning their spectacular blooming period. Some of the Asiatics, long finished, are beginning to ripen seed pods, and shouldn't be watered much at this time of year. Their foliage will already begin to yellow in some cases. |
